The Ridgeview Medical Arts Building holds exam rooms, procedure rooms, offices, consulting rooms, a waiting area, a conference room complete with video equipment, restrooms and a break room. The procedure rooms are used to perform outpatient surgeries. Notable features of this project is the detailed masonry and architectural sheet metal above the canopy and the use of sloped scissors trusses for a vaulted ceiling in the waiting area so that the mechanical work is above the clinic ceilings.
