Republic Chophouse is a thriving upscale restaurant located in downtown Green Bay.  Looking to expand, the Owner’s purchased the run-down building located next door.  The building was renovated to make it structurally sound and expand their dining areas and kitchen space complete with a new entrance and modern façade.  Dual central custom wine racks were installed to feature the expansive wine selection.  The new addition also features two private rooms for hosting special events and a new outdoor patio where guests can enjoy the summer weather.  The newly remodeled space incorporates natural wood and exposed brick walls creating a unique dining experience.  The existing space was repainted to enhance a contemporary and comfortable atmosphere.
