The Crivitz Community Center is the first building of its kind in the Crivitz Area marking it an important part of the community. The unique design includes a suspended running track overlooking a full-size basketball court. Each end of the running track houses either cardio equipment or weight equipment. There is also a salt water physical therapy pool, rock climbing wall, exercise/dance studio, multi-purpose room and game room. This is a fully-equipped fitness center with the latest in aerobic and strengthening equipment. The final design of the building was created to mesh seamlessly with other facilities owned by Crivitz Youth, Inc. The exterior of most of these facilities are wood, so it was important to use materials that blend into the surrounding buildings. The gym portion of the building consists of a pre-engineered metal building wrapped with a masonry exterior. Each end of the metal building is finished with structural steel and masonry bearing walls to house the remaining areas of the facility. Since the facility is a lot larger and more modern than the other buildings, Hardi-panel siding was specified on the aquatic portion of the building to match the existing Crivitz Youth, Inc. buildings. Cedar ceilings were also installed over the office and entrance area to match the existing offices.
