Campbell Wrapper Corporation, a local manufacturing plant, contracted with Zeise Construction to complete their 14,475 sq. ft. two-story office renovation and addition.

We started by removing the entire existing office structure down to the existing steel frame and foundation and rebuilt it.  The renovated space consisted of private offices, open cubicle space, executive conference rooms, restrooms, a new reception area and an employee break area. We also completed a renovation of the R&D and demonstration areas of the facility. The new space has windows on all sides to allow an abundance of natural light into the work areas. The new offices have sliding glass doors to allow the natural light to flow through. The acoustical cloud ceilings were installed at different elevations throughout the renovated areas to provide the clean high-tech appearance. The cantilevered covered walkway adds a unique design element featuring a wood grain metal wall panel.

The project also included expanding and renovating the existing mezzanine which allows Campbell Wrapper Corporation to better utilize the existing space and allows room for future needs.  This new state of the art addition and renovation will set Campbell Wrapper Corporation apart from their competitors.
