Recently, Frank O. Zeise Construction was awarded the contract for the remodeling and addition to the East Side Brown County Library.  We have been hard at work mobilizing and starting the demolition.  Brown County took over the old Titletown Fitness Center located next door to the current East Side Library.  The building will be completely remodeled including a new exterior face lift along with a few small additions.  Also, the adjacent lot to the North of the building will include an outdoor hardscape area including green spaces, benches, walking paths, outdoor sunshade sails and living sundial.  Construction is expected to wrap up mid-summer.
