Frank O. Zeise Construction has also been selected as an AGC-2018 Build Wisconsin award winner for the NEW Dermatology Group clinic. This facility is 6,756 sq. ft. and houses exam rooms, laboratories, procedure rooms, an office area and a 2-story glass atrium that stretches from the waiting area to the nurse’s station at the center of the facility providing natural daylight. The building was designed with modern, natural features in mind and a focus on an inviting and efficient patient experience. To help promote a warm and inviting atmosphere all patient areas feature natural daylighting and views to the outside. This project also had an impressive 90-day schedule and was completed on time and in budget.
