This 26-month project had 6 phases total. Each phase was completed around the Owner’s schedule and while school was in session. Overall, the project consisted of 2 additions, 2 new entrances and a complete building remodel. The new facility now houses a Gateway Lab, Electro Mechanical Lab, Welding Lab, Automotive Lab, Metal Fab Lab, Metallurgy Lab, Nursing Simulator Labs, Library, Offices, Event Center, Restrooms and a new welcome center. The exterior was updated to include architectural metal wall panels at the new and existing entrances and new glass overhead doors in the automotive lab. Specialized equipment was installed in each lab to simulate real life situations.
